Camera Angles and Shots for Beatles recording
Hello, my people, and welcome back! Today, I will be talking about the filming process of the music video. The plan is to go to a park after school and do three/fourth of the recordings there. An iPhone will be used for the recordings instead of an actual camera. For the first couple of scenes, I will be recording my group mates to make their entrance for the music video. For the scene in particular, I will be trying to achieve certain angles. For starters, the angle that will be used the most is going to be the eye level angle. And when they first walk in I will be in front of them slowly walking backward while they walk forward thus creating a tracking shot. Depending on how I'm feeling at the time I might try to get other angles like low and high angles. Throughout the filming I will get an establishing and wide shot of all of us and the whole park. The method I'm thinking of using to get this done is to climb up the tallest tree there so I can get a shot of the whole landscape. The two most common shots that will be used are going to be the medium long shot as well as the medium shot. There will also be a couple of medium close up shots of each individual during certain parts of the music video. Another type of shots I will be trying to capture are two shots and three shots. For the two shots, I plan to have one character in the foreground while there is another character in the background playing a guitar. The same plan for a three shot, two characters in either the background or foreground, and the last remaining taking the other spot. Thank you for checking out the blog. And as always don't have a good day, have a great day!
